The hotel and room were very clean with a smart decor.

The fitness room was hardly adequate for working out.

I'd highly recommend this hotel. This is my second time staying there. The room was spacious enough and comfortable. I just hotel the fitness room becomes upgraded.

Room was recently renovated and up to date.

Price of breakfast was ridiculous.

Chose Shoredich because of proximity to our daughter, but it ended up being an excellent choice. Several bus lines stopped in front of the hotel and would take you to the Liverpool tube station from which you could easily access all of London. Room was bright and newly remodeled and an adequate size for two people. You could not fit an extra bed in it. If you stay here, buy a day pass for the bus and subway about 6£ and eat at breakfast at a nice trattoria half way between the hotel and the Tube stop ...read more

The head concierge was amazing!

Centrally located but away from tourist areas. The hotel is quiet, safe, and convenient to mass transit. The double-decker busses stop right in front and Liverpool station is within easy walking distance. The staff at this hotel is truly amazing. There is no situation the head concierge cannot handle! Very convenient location to Liverpool Tube Stop, bus stop right outside.

Not enough dusting of furniture.

We preferred this location to Knightsbridge and Victoria areas as it was quite quiet, even though located on Shoreditch High Street. It was very close to the "City", and if one didn't want to walk 10 minutes to Liverpool Station (both Tube and regular Rail stop), the bus stop was right outside the hotel and would take you there in 3 minutes. A Tesco's Express was right across in case you need milk/yogurt/cereal for breakfast as the hotel's breakfast was too expensive. ...read more
